pizza night in paradise
the bahamas announced they were opening the border up so we left as soon as we could!
a lot is closed still down here so we decided each night a different person is to cook for the group so we chose our meal as pizza night! we made 6 different pizzas + I set the table with these cute paper placemats —they are great for a pop of color plus perfect for messy nights because you can throw them away!
pizza types + ingredients
peach pizza | pesto base /burrata/sliced peaches/ prosciutto/ salt + pepper / drizzle honey after cooked
margarita | tomato base (I love RAO’s) / mozzarella/ basil/ salt + pepper
veggie | wheat dough/ tomato base/ olives/ sundried tomato / garlic cloves/ shredded mozzarella/ topped with arugula
fig + prosciutto | pesto base /dalmaltia fig spread/ goat cheese/ proscuitto
bbq chicken | bbq sauce base / grilled chicken/ shredded cheese/ jalapeños/ ranch drizzle
classic pepperoni | tomato base / pepperoni/ shredded cheese mixture
