beach bachelorette.
Gracia’s beach bachelorette.
first off …you know I am all about a theme ….
I reached out to the talented Carly Creative Co. to create a custom crest for the whole weekend + she really captured Gracia’s style + the bahamas. She is also one of Gracia’s bridesmaids so she knows her so well…the perfect person to call! She created a custom crest and from there we ordered stickers, custom cups, menu cards + itinerary cards to use throughout the weekend and put in the bags! It is easier than you think to do this and the mindful details leave people with a long lasting memory …plus the bride feels extra special going one extra step!
TIP: If you want to do this yourself and you don’t have a personal connection to a graphic designer reach out to the person of your choice and ask if they can do something similar for you! Let them know your location / venues you are going to / your style / your favorite colors, etc.…so they have a grasp on the theme!
THE BAGS
I wanted everyone to have a warm welcome when they got to the bahamas after a long travel day! So I put together these welcome bags for all of the girls filled with some of the best items while at the beach!
When I was searching for good bags to give the girls I looked for things that looked cute but also something that people would wear again…but still a good price point because 17 bags add up! It was also important to find one that was easier to pack because they all had to fit in a suitcase to transport down there. Below are some great affordable beach bags I found and love for this!
inside the bags:
the robes: I had the same mentality about the robes.. good looking, something people will use again + affordable. PLUS There is nothing better than putting on a soft robe after a little too much sun! The first robe is the one I chose because it was in theme, so soft + a great price point. I also liked these other options too.
inside the bags:
these smaller items were great to order in bulk via amazon + I put one packet of each inside a clear bag with the logo sticker on the front! These are all great items to use while at the beach and in the sun + I added a little valentines love in there since we arrived on 2/14.
for the bridal dinner night
it is no secret I love a good dinner party…especially when there is something to celebrate. we got a local bahamanian chef to come over and cook us something on the last night of the trip. we decided to have it as a “white night” and everyone but the bride came in white! Here are the items I used to create this dinner!
